I'm Ravi

Hi, I'm Ravi Theja Tangirala, a passionate and driven software engineer with over 7 years of experience in building robust, scalable web solutions. My expertise spans across backend, cloud, and AI/ML technologies, and I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Riverside with a keen focus on AI/ML.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects—from developing full-stack applications to leading development teams in fast-paced environments. I previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, implemented a real-time data processing pipeline at Phenom, and collaborated with Vassar Labs on advanced backend solutions. My most recent work involves leading the development of a climate change model called CupCake and implementing a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) ML model for a chatbot application.

I am constantly seeking new challenges to push the boundaries of innovation, especially in building scalable and efficient systems. I thrive in environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, and I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new machine learning algorithms, experimenting with cloud-based architectures, and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
